These terms apply to purchases at Janata Service Station ("we", "us"), At-Statue Square, Po-Bhawanipatna, Dist-Kalahandi, Odisha 766001, India. By buying fuel or products from us you agree to them.
Sales
- All products are sold and handed over in person at our outlet. We do not take online orders.
- Fuel is sold at the retail selling price of the day fixed by the oil company and displayed at the outlet.
- The quantity and amount shown on the dispenser are final. Please check the dispenser reads zero before fuelling starts and confirm the amount before you pay.
Payments
- We accept UPI, cards (where available) and cash. Digital payments are processed by licensed payment service providers such as Paytm.
- Please check the amount on your UPI app before entering your PIN. Paying the wrong amount or to a wrong QR is the payer's responsibility, but we will help resolve genuine errors under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
- A payment is complete only when it is shown as successful to our staff.
Safety
- Switch off engines and mobile phones while fuelling. No smoking or open flames on the premises.
- We may refuse sale in containers that are not approved for fuel, or where safety rules are not followed.
Liability
Our liability for any purchase is limited to the amount paid for it. Complaints about quantity or quality should be raised at the outlet before leaving, so that they can be checked immediately.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Bhawanipatna, Odisha have jurisdiction.
