What we collect
- Payment details from our payment provider: amount, date and time, transaction reference (UTR/RRN) and payment status. For UPI payments the provider may share a masked payer name or UPI ID. We do not receive or store your UPI PIN, card number or bank login.
- Information you give us: name, phone or email when you contact us about a payment or complaint.
- CCTV: the forecourt may be under CCTV for safety and security.
How we use it
- To confirm payments, keep accounts, file taxes and resolve refunds or disputes.
- To respond to your questions and complaints.
- To meet legal and regulatory requirements.
Sharing
We do not sell your information. We share it only with our payment service providers, banks, our accountants, the oil company where required, and government authorities when required by law.
Storage and security
Records are kept securely with access limited to authorised persons, for as long as needed for accounting and legal purposes.
